Forgemark

Forgemark is a Shopify app by Forge Together Ltd. It shows a small store owner how their store is found and how it sells, in one place: how often AI assistants recommend the store, how it ranks on Google, what shoppers do on the site, and what the ads bring back.

What it does

• AI visibility. Every week Forgemark asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, and Perplexity the questions a store's shoppers ask, and reports how often the store is named, where, and who's named instead.
• Search. With the store's permission, Forgemark reads its Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reports and shows clicks, positions and the terms a few places from paying.
• Shoppers. A Shopify app pixel, on the shopper's analytics consent, shows where visits stall between product page and checkout.
• Recommendations. Each finding comes with a fix, and Forge can quote for doing it.

How Forgemark uses Google data

A store connects its own Google account. Forgemark asks for read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics, uses it only to show that store its own reports, and never changes anything in Google. The store can disconnect at any time, and Forgemark deletes the Google data it holds for that store. Full details are in the Forgemark privacy policy.
